Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any item that appears worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags or packaging will be automatically disqualified. You'll also need your original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet every one of these conditions will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping, customs fees, and duties. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Items sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original item (subject to approval) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Preorder Policy
What is a Preorder? Items marked "PREORDER" are made-to-order and are not in stock at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm you have read and understood this policy in full.
Estimated Fulfillment Timeline Preorder items require 4–5 weeks from the date of your order to produce and ship. This timeline is an estimate and may vary slightly due to production or logistics factors. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.
Payment & Charge Authorization Your payment is charged in full at the time of purchase. By placing a preorder, you expressly authorize the charge and acknowledge that the funds are collected upfront to cover production costs. This is a pre-authorized production charge, not a charge for an in-stock item.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No Chargebacks By placing a preorder, you agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after the 24-hour cancellation window — for any reason other than non-delivery — constitutes a breach of this agreement. We maintain full records of all orders, communications, and shipping confirmations.
Non-Delivery In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund. We are committed to delivering every preorder placed.
