Shipping Policy


Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods or new releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Cambodia: 1–3 business days
  • Southeast Asia: 3–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Free Shipping We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Eligibility for free shipping will be displayed at checkout if applicable.


International Shipping & Customs For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs processing times may affect final delivery speed and are outside of our control.


Mixed Orders — In-Stock & Preorder Items If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all preorder items have completed production. This ensures your order arrives complete in a single shipment.

If you would prefer your in-stock items to be shipped separately ahead of your preorder, please contact us at support@pcmkr.art immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate the request, however separate shipments may incur additional shipping costs which will be communicated to you before proceeding.

We strongly recommend placing separate orders if you need in-stock items urgently and do not wish to wait for preorder production to complete.


Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@pcmkr.art.


Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@pcmkr.art. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. While we will assist in resolving delivery problems, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.


Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assess and resolve the issue.


Preorder Shipping Policy

What is a Preorder? Items marked "PREORDER" are made-to-order and are not in stock at the time of purchase. Preorder items follow a different fulfillment and shipping timeline than standard in-stock orders.

Fulfillment & Shipping Timeline Preorder items require 4–5 weeks from the date of purchase to produce and prepare for shipment. This timeline covers the full production process and is separate from standard processing and delivery times. Once your preorder has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, the estimated delivery times above apply based on your location.

Please note that the 4–5 week production window is an estimate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing or logistics factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Confirmation Once your preorder has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You will not receive tracking information until the item has completed production and been handed to the carrier.

Cancellations Preorder cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please refer to our full Preorder Policy for details.
