Estimated Fulfillment Timeline Preorder items require 4–5 weeks from the date of your order to produce and ship. This timeline is an estimate and may vary slightly due to production or logistics factors. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Payment & Charge Authorization Your payment is charged in full at the time of purchase. By placing a preorder, you expressly authorize the charge and acknowledge that the funds are collected upfront to cover production costs. This is a pre-authorized production charge, not a charge for an in-stock item.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After 24 hours, your order enters production and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
• All sales are considered final after the 24-hour cancellation window.

No Chargebacks By placing a preorder, you agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after the 24-hour cancellation window — for any reason other than non-delivery — constitutes a breach of this agreement. We maintain full records of all orders, communications, and shipping confirmations.

Non-Delivery In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund. We are committed to delivering every preorder placed.
